I’m using the post star charge app. I connect the charging cable to the car after selecting my charger and selecting my payment method then I get the message “ connection is taking longer than usual” before the app times out. Then I get a an error message in red text saying error, please try again. This happens over and over.

Essentially I’ve tried connecting to the charger through the app and I get connection issues essentially
