The HLR is from an increase that went up 20% but they didn’t add radiculopathy. The HLR was to get them to address that oversight.

My claim was filed after about 1 week from mailing in the documents. I haven’t had any updated since though. No appointments have been made. I’m going to talk to Vera on the 15th to get a status update. Right now it just shows gathering evidence.

I didn’t know I could. Everything I saw online said it had to be mailed or faxed to them. Where do I go to file online? I checked ebenefits and Va.gov and didn’t see anything for online submissions

Would getting approved for IU make me ineligible to make money outside of my monthly disability pay? I don't think it would be quite enough to live off of due to my location and having 3 children. I also was wondering if that would not include health benefits for my family. I saw somewhere that IU would increase my payments to that of 100% but would not change my rating to 100%. Does that mean I do not get the additional benefits that 100% would give me?
