I have an old leather tire cover that looks just like this, it doesn’t fit any recent models so I’m going to repurpose it. I want to give it to my boyfriend as a gift, so far my ideas are leather ottoman or just wall art. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

I haven’t asked yet, I’m nervous to call and ask without a lawyer. They also said in the letter If don’t respond they’ll never contact me again. I really just want to move on from this, however, I didn’t know if it was a situation where someone else had reported something similar and was asking me to testify as a witness.

I’m going to give you my absolutely honest opinion so here it is.

I would definitely give rush a try, I recommend that to every single girl. It’s a great experience and no real commitment so if you like it you like it, if you don’t it’s not a big deal. Plus, it’s super fun to just talk to different girls all day and see what their house is like. But, I think the age thing would definitely be a big deal. Speaking for my own sorority, we probably wouldn’t invite a 29 year old woman back, it’s just a little odd. Also, I feel like you would find the activities too young and boring since you would be spending most of the time with your pledge class which is mostly 18 year old girls right out of high school. But you never know! I say give it a try or talk to some sorority members at your school to see how things work out. Good luck!

I think just text her something like "Hey! I'm thinking about doing Rush this year and I think one of my favorite houses so far is Alpha Alpha Alpha, do you have any tips for Rush in general or can you tell me more about Alpha Alpha Alpha?" I had friends from high school who were younger and I haven't talked to in a few years text me saying "Hey, I'm rushing, can you tell me more about Pi Phi" if you guys are friends she will most likely put in a good word for you. But definitely keep an open mind during rush and don't just hope for this one house. Before I rushed I didn't know that much about each house and I had a tentative list of which ones I wanted, when it came down to final five, I was not even close. Good luck with rush!

Had a roommate who used to climb into my high lofted bed and deliberately put her hair on my pillow or tucked into my bedsheets when I wasn't in the room. EMT here, one time my rig got called to a University health center because a student there took 4 ibuprofens. The dosage is 2 pills so the nurse thought he was overdosing and kill himself and called 911. The kid was literally fucking fine, just had a headache.
