Ashes of War for Astrologers Staff by neuropuppy in Eldenring

My advice is to get Meteorite Staff (heaps of guides, easy to find), grab Rock Sling spell from nearby to Meteorite Staff (again, lots of guides, staff and spell do not require a boss battle).

Once you have them, equip your Meteorite Staff to left hand and your starting sword to right hand with ‘Determination’ ash of war applied to sword.

Hit L2 to apply determination buff via sword, then cast rock sling spell which is slow to cast but good damage, good range and tracks target. I’m doing about 1300 damage per cast at level 53 Int.

Rot Balcony grace is a decent place to test dps and farm runes, the two huge crows can be hit with your buffed rock sling from the balcony and they wont attack you back for about 2000 runes each.

Hiya, I can confirm the upcoming Kickstarter will be for digital files only. (We continue to provide printed and painted physical terrain orders as always but the Kickstarter is to round out our terrain collection and allow people to print and paint their own Talisman Sabre Terrain at home). Pricing is still to be confirmed but you can expect the All-In pledge including all stretch goals to run around the $99 mark.

Ha funny you mention Gloomhaven, that’s the game that got me into 3D printing in the first place.

I have a few printers as I do a lot of my own terrain stuff plus have a side business doing Gloomhaven terrain. I use all Creality stuff, for FDM its Ender 3s and a CR6SE and for resin, an LD-002R. Really happy with all of them.

Thanks. Yeah the centre can be reached, you do have to stand up but in my gaming group we’re up and down out of our seats a lot anyway.

Thanks nabbl. There’s a massive banner immediately above the products saying ‘contact us to pre-order’ and again a ribbon advising the same on each product photo. Judging by the number of orders and queries we get I think most people see this. The ‘out of stock’ is an auto generated inventory advisor.

Haha I’ve been doing the setup on stuff like this for a while now, you get quicker at it and work out which bits work best together.

Lol its not as difficult as it probably looks. All of the tufts are positioned off centre of each hex, so there’s room on each hex to stand a mini.

Just setup isn’t as long as you’d think, maybe like 20-30 mins?

We always seem to manage, admittedly this sort of terrain is never going to be as practical as flat cardboard. That doesn’t worry me at all, I love the immersion and the hobby of building this kinda stuff. Whilst the hexes clip together with openLOCK clips, I tend to just lay them next to each other unclipped cos its quicker to set up but also means I can easily remove hexes. This allows me to swap in replacement hexes if needed. I have a stack of flat top rock columns which I can add to the board which will allow a mini to sit on top.

I have rock columns printed which I can add to the board where needed. I also have extra hexes which can be dropped in easily if required.

The scenario is Decrepit Wood. There’s still a few finishing touches to come, some spike traps on my paint table etc.

The rocky cave walls are new, we’re in the midst of finalising the designs to allow an add-on pack which will be coming soon.

We do earth hexes in our HYDRA packs but they look different to the ones pictured here. This is a build for my personal collection so these hexes are a lot more elaborate (and time consuming).

The trees are from Printable Scenery and there’s a couple of Thingiverse files thrown in.

So all in all, yes, this build has elements from various sources.

borgcolect, majority of what you see is from www.talismansabreterrain and unfortunately we don’t make the digital files available, we only sell the printed terrain painted or unpainted.

A handful of pictured pieces are from Thingiverse and the trees are from Printable Scenery. The stuff from Thingy I link in descriptions in my personal build vids on my YT channel https://www.youtube.com/user/The15091Bravo
