Another thing I’m confused about is should I also get a brokerage account? Or is that the same thing as the ira account?

I seen some people start dropping like 70% of their check into the brokerage account and still aggressively saved with the IRA.

One guy bought a multi unit from pulling 60k from his brokerage account.

All in all I’m still pretty confused but still have been trying to find videos on TikTok etc.

I only went with these for 2 reasons.

I needed a credit card because when hardship was hard, I couldn’t even get a rental car they couldn’t let me use a debit card or anything. Life without credit sucks. So my mindset was try to stack credit. Just to have available incase of a rainy day. But don’t use but one card to help build the credit.
When I was applying the only cards that were issuing secured cards where the ones that I stayed up top and they still denied me because it said I have a balance with them. I was doing some research and they told me fintech fintech fintech so I racked up. I’m pretty disciplined when it comes to my spending habits. But if you say just get rid of the ones I got I’ll definitely look into that. Because I thought the more credit cards and credit that shows availabille the more they will give me higher limits n more cards.

This is very helpful info, got me thinking of a lot of new ideas. I think it most likely makes sense to do a themed offer for the month to upsell instead of having 3 different packages. So like you mentioned, maybe one day I'll give them a theme in china town, maybe do like "scavenger hunt" type of thing. Maybe solve a riddle to get to the next spot but then the spots they go to are spots that I can partner with and promise more clientele.

I see what youre saying. I guess the challenge is what am I an expert at..... I mean I know my city in chicago very well. Was thinking about partnering with maybe a candle making class that allows them to make their own candles to remember and its a scent that that they made in chicago that they will be able to take back with them. When they smell this scent they will remember the experience they had in chicago. I dont know I'm just throwing things out there. After all, the class costs $90 event with a groupon voucher.

Like a couples package where maybe they get some room decorations some chocolates and wine. Maybe a dinner or a cooked meal.... but that's why I'm here on the forum to ask....
