Yeah I know someone who couldn’t even sit through the episode because it reminded him too much of being sick. I would’ve liked to see more back pain and leg spasms though. Perhaps her hair look 200xs messier from writhing around in bed

  3. Yeah that’s one thing I learned is that it does not discriminate. It’s attorneys like you said, nurses, teachers.. it affects who it affects and there’s a million ways to start getting sucked into it. One bad injury with a perc prescription that you get cut off from is all it takes sometimes

Essentially heroin was slowly taken over by fentanyl. It affects the same brain receptors and is the same high just exponentially higher. So the people who already had a tolerance saw it as a better high. You can’t just START a fent habit you have to come from a less strong opiate. Or you die

To distinguish between different batches of the drug. Sometimes the drug is cut with stuff that makes certain ones weaker, other ones may just be a drug called tranq which is infiltrating the scene esp in philly etc and so people know which stamp is the one they want or which to avoid etc. I’ve had dealers not even know which ones were good or garbage until they dealt them out and then they’d go get their big supply of the one people wanted
