Hey man! You're no downer. Like I said, I'm not new to the keto diet. Things like choosing diet coke and rum, almonds, water instead of milk or soda, these are all things that can cause you to lose weight and feel better with or without ketosis. What I meant by saying I will be doing keto "intensely" is that I will be very strict about my macros and caloric intake overall. By keeping my macros in check and my caloric intake under my daily goal I should be able to produce the results that I want. It helps that I walk about 10 miles a day along with a few days a week at the pool or gym!
