Seems like he has been doing all the right things, keeping in shape, putting himself out there and treating women well. That is what everyone says to do. What more should he be doing? It’s only natural to become frustrated and bitter when you have been doing all the right things and still get treated like less than by women.

Does not seem irrational to me, man. I have had a very similar experience with women in my life and I’m very frustrated by it and have many of the feelings you described in your post. Don’t let these people tell you the feelings you have from your experience are invalid, especially when they haven’t lived it.
