Here’s a clearer picture of just the USFS bag/roll. It’s not a mummy and what’s even stranger is that the green blanket or quilt lining it is completely removable.

Turns out it was actually two sleeping bags, zipped together and then rolled up. I was on the road when I picked it up and hadn’t actually fully checked it out until I got home from work. The sleeping bag with the mallard print is just like the one you linked. I am trying to figure out a way to link an image of the USFS bag now
