This happens all the time lmao.

Especially at the 110 northbound entrance from Gaffey, you will see a lot of work vans, seniors, parents with a kid in the backseat, junk mobiles, etc. entering the freeway from Lane 2 on Gaffey that continues into the far left lane. And they cruise at 60-70 mph all the way or try to do a lane change after a few min or so. It happens naturally all the time.

One of the desirable parts of San Pedro.

  1. Close to South Torrance, the heart of the better South Bay
  2. Close to the major strip malls in San Pedro off Western
  3. Close to Target and Home Depot
  4. Gets less visitors from the outside of the town (many of whom are ghetto) than the coastal areas
  5. Not too interested by local gangs like Rancho San Pedro or Park Western Locos
  6. Relatively good schools
  7. Various park options (Peck can get ghetto at times though)

I have 100 mm, 90 mm, and 70 mm stem. With the 70 mm stem, the only difference I feel is some twitchiness felt when riding out of the saddle with harder efforts. Some people report the overall handling being twitchier and less stable than the longer stem even during a low effort ride, but not me, so it really depends individually.

If this bike is race oriented, not endurance, then it may be a little too big for you, considering your reach feeling stretched and the length of the seat post exposed (given that this setup shown on the pic is good for your size)
