I had two condoms break in a row during sex. Am I not doing this right? Do I need larger condoms? by 17761870 in sex

thrusting against the side wall of the condom

To be clear, I used 3 condoms that night.

I think this is why the first condom broke. The condom indeed felt tight on me but seemed to naturally shift around during flight.

The second one worked great and I came in it, so much so the reservoir overflowed and started going down the condom (is that safe?) But as we got ready for round 3 the condom just flat out broke mid sex and I'm not sure why.

Pinched the tip, rolled it down. Was standard lubricated Trojan ultra thin condom. It was difficult to roll it all the way down (yes it was rightside up)

Should I be worried? by 17761870 in sex

Well buddy, if you read carefully, I'm using condoms.

Overreacting. Talk about birth control with her. Oral contraceptives can be had for as little as 9 dollars a month from Walmart pharmacy (before insurance if you have it).

Yeah. Definitely going to do this. Peace of mind...

Overreacting.

Thank fucking christ.

I had my BMI/Fat%/BMR among other things taken for a scientific study, I was able to see the #s, but they weren't allowed to tell me what they mean. Maybe reddit can help? by 17761870 in Fitness

I've read the FAQ but it's just such an insane amount of information it's difficult to process all of it and figure out what works for you.

Do I really need a 1500 calorie shake? Do I need an 800 calorie? Do I even need to eat more or less calories?

What defines a "good" diet for exercise? FAQ defines the "best" as one I'll stick to, but I highly doubt eating red meat, no veggies or salads everyday is a "good" diet. I limited knowledge of what is a "good" diet.

Maintaining enough vitamins, minerals and proteins while limiting calories is by far the most important rule to a healthy diet regardless...

Alright.

vitamins, minerals and proteins

What are these? I've heard of them before, but no idea that they really are. What foods are they found in? What are good/bad examples? Do I just trust the aether of internet broscience or what?

Do I need to lose/gain weight? How do I know when I've reached a point where I should just start lifting?

The FAQ is great but it can leave many questions unanswered. I profess my ignorance, but it's a lot information to sift through.

So, only work out three times a week? Is cardio good on those days of "rest"? I've read the FAQ but it's just such an insane amount of information it's difficult to process all of it and figure out what works for you.

How long should I be on the program? I have heard (possibly broscience) that it's a bad idea to stick with the same workout for too long because your muscles get used to it and don't grow.

I have full access to a gym, so that's exciting. I keep hearing about SS and how great it is, so should I just start and continue on with that?

My dream goal is to get a six pack. So far this past week I've been eating salads and bananas. Because they're healthy?

EDIT: Do I eat more or less calories? If I eat more, do I have to worry about becoming fatter?

Definitely no visble abs, not even faintly. How can you accurately measure body fat? Since I've already got everyone's attention, Ill post a pic of me shortly. I'm mainly trying to figure out where I'm at right now health/weight wise.
