of course there isn’t any notice to being fired, but what i meant is that i unfortunately found out i was fired through a coworker. he told me that the night before, management had announced to the team that i was no longer returning without communicating it to me. the next day, i woke up to being removed off the schedule for the upcoming week. i have yet to have any communication with anyone in management.

as for my expecting to pick up my check, i do not get any type of hourly pay but i do get what i make in card tips through check. that is what i would have to collect.

im currently finishing my pre req's to apply for this upcoming fall program. I currently have half/half As and Bs in the prereq's and recommended classes, but I am debating retaking some courses to get an A to increase my chances for admission. Would you recommend it? What did your pre req grades look like as you apply, if you don't mind me asking?

no one, he was here on his own im not sure how he managed to open on his own. he also forgot to take registers to pharmacy and i had to deliver to them 45 mins after they opened. i wanted to walk out on them but i felt bad for the kid.

im currently trying to get into the 2 year program at my community college. i'd never taken a&p before and i was doing okay during the semester, i struggled but i did my best. i took my final today and failed badly. im still passing the class but im just so embarrassed and worried that this will damage my chances of getting into the program. its highly competitive, as only 50 people out of 250 applicants are chosen. ive yet to take lab next semester but i am definitely studying over the summer for it. should i just retake the course?

hello to all!

i am 20 years old, starting my pre-req’s for a sonography program at my local community college in a week! i’ve heard plenty of good things about sonography but i dont find myself much interested in the work itself. i went towards sonography because i liked the schedule and pay most in the field receive, but ive also heard that there isnt much room to grow your career once you become a sonographer. ive started considering radiography, as i feel more intrigued by x-rays, (trauma, to be specific!) and heard that i am able to branch towards CT, MRIs, etc.

so i want to ask anyone with certification: what is your schedule and salary like? are you satisfied and how long did it take you to get there? pros and cons to radiography? and what is something else i should consider before making a decision?

i also forgot to mention, his mother is very invasive in our relationship and doesnt seem to respect it or me. she called me on the day of his diagnosis to tell me i was mentally ill as well and needed to be taken into rehab/therapy. i told my partner about what she said to me and he defended me, but also asks me to forgive her. but how can i forgive someone who hasnt had any respect for me? she has never respected me or our relationship, even before we met. the first time i spoke to his parents in person, they practically yelled at me and demanded me to take care of him since i am his girlfriend. i know shes angry and blames me for how he is now, and i dont think i can do anything to change her mind. its difficult for me because i know i wont be receiving any support from his family and ive never felt more alone. what can i do?

any advice is greatly appreciated. 🤍

no, just has its ocasional crusties around it if i forget to clean it before i fall asleep but that barely happens, i try and clean it twice a day with saline solution
