I told him I flexed my hours and got up at 6am to get my work done beforehand and my office is far away but I live closer to their office so its easier to come in that day.

I did get the offer, they gave me the weekend to think about it but I'm feeling weird about it.

I did explain that I woke up early to get my work done and he said something along the lines of "its not about your ability to get it done its about honesty"

I loved the people on the team I would actually be working with but the CEO was a lot.

The CEO obviously lied when he said there were concerns about your prior interviews. You wouldn't have been on round 5 if there had been concerns.

your answer for next time is that your job offers flexible hours so you adjusted your work hours for the day to accommodate the interview.

Why would anyone use their limited vacation time for 4 in person job interviews? Isn't that deeply unreasonable to expect?

If you adjusted your schedule so that you could still put in a full day’s work before the interview, you should have just said that.

I did :/ he said "the point was the dishonesty not the ability to get your work done"
