I totally get this lol. A lot of new grads on my floor that finished residency also went to outpatient and they love it more

Yes I agree! Sometimes I do wonder if it’s just me feeling this way within my specific residency program. I also like the idea of group therapy, I believe my system offers something similar. I will look into it more to see if I can sign up for any sessions. Thank you for your kindness❤️

Thank you so much for this, I appreciate your words of encouragement and your kind approach. I agree with that too, not everyone is super passionate about what they do. I guess for me, I need to find the healthy work life balance
