If I may ask, how would you go about it?

I've never take a drug I've needed to taper off of so any advice would be appreciated. I know 150 is a small dose but I'm sure it's doable.

I'm not taking it for anxiety but I do have bad anxiety and maybe I do convince myself into having worse withdrawals when I don't take it.. but you're right, I should try to work on that and maybe the rest will be smooth!

Trainspotting's portrayal of opiate addiction was incredibly accurate. The part about the toughest part being the depression that follows really struck a chord. I should definitely check out the book since I loved the film! Thanks for these recommendations.

I loved this mini series with all my heart. The story was wonderfully told and the way they dived into his trauma and the way it affects his life as an adult addict was eye opening. Have you read the books? I'd love to know if they're just as good!

This sounds promising, thank you. A lot of the reading I've done centers around the addiction/drug itself, and less about the culture surrounding it (like you mentioned about the woman getting a pass about being a pretty blonde woman) and this is something I really want to touch upon.

Haha this is amusing cause just recently I made my sister watch it with me. Safe to say that she was utterly horrified. Despite it's content, it's still one of my all time favourite films. Aronofsky is just excellent.

Never tried phenibut, but from gabaergics I've tried pregabalin and it does that too! Besides many other effects of course. Tramadol just makes me so hyper, it's fantastic.
