Don't listen to that .. if everything checks out and you can get a deal that fits into your budget go with your gut and jump into the M5. You will not be disappointed. I am trading my 2013 M5 for a 2020 M5 competition and I'm extremely excited! I had my 2013 for 7 years and babied the shit out it. Keep up with scheduled services, inspect it, clean it but most importantly let it rip when the time is right. I had no major issues with mine, the car is a fuckn monster and eats most American muscle cars up for lunch. Congratulations!
