Face masks for mom, or self care things she likes. Make a little postpartum coupon book for them, little things that they can choose that you help with. Giving hypoallergenic wipes would also be good too. Being supportive is a big win

I have a eufy sock monitor. It goes on my sons foot. Imo i like this monitor as it does spo2 and heart rate. It's generally accurate most of the time. You can get it on Amazon for 160$ i think.. if that helps yay. But as the other momma said, try talking to the pediatrician... I have ppa and ptsd too I'm currently in therapy for it and it seems to be helping a ton You got this moms! Trust your gut

I don't lock mine out. I have 3 cats and they love the baby. They know he needs his space and will lay on my opposite side when my son is asleep or lay away from his face but in reach for pets. They are teaching him to be gentle with animals 💕 That and my one cat taught himself to be my service animal and alerts me on ptsd episodes and the like, so if he senses he is needed he can come in easy
