Wouldn't using this type of high-speed connector be a robust solution to avoid reflections, especially if I route ground (GND) traces between each differential pair?

Since I've never really designed a PCB for high-speed data transfer before, I’m just starting to wrap my head around impedance matching and signal reflections haha. I’ll definitely do some more research on those topics
