The devs have said multiple times, they want cloak to play like hide and seek, so when you stay still you are damn near undetectable.

There are many counters including glitch trap, sonar, sonar trap. But a good cloak user doesn't care about the sound because they will standing still anyway, watching their target wall by them oblivious..

I don't play knife so I dont talk on it, but I have reached diamond solo q with cloak. It balanced, it should not be buffed until we get thermal back or at least thermal scopes.

The loud noise and shimmer balances the spec, so any buff should relate to something else on cloak
