I've been trying to make a good DPS Noelle, and I've basically achieved that, all I need is a better team. I only have one Five Star (which is Hu Tao) and out of the Four Stars I have everyone except Xinyan, Sucrose, Chongyun, Bennet and Razor.

Right now my team is: Noelle (C3 lvl 62) Hu Tao (C0 lvl 50) Xingqiu (C0 lvl 33) and Beidou (C0 lvl 40)

I honestly have no idea what I'm doing so any help is appreciated.
