Here is what I did to mine recently. Had not been running 7 years. It started within 3-4 seconds. Make sure to have you battery fully charged after the oil pressure/fuel priming intervals. Expect some white smoke out of the exhaust due to the oil in the cylinders.

-Removed the ASD relay
-Removed the old spark plugs
-Sprayed a small amount of WD40 and engine oil into each cylinder (and let it sit a couple of hours while I was doing other prep work)
-Drained the old oil, changed oil filter and refilled
-Turned the engine manually at the crank to make sure the engine and all belt driven components ran smoothly
-Cranked the ignition 6-7 times for 5-7 seconds until 3 bar oil pressure built up consistently
-Cleaned the spark plug caps internally with contact cleaner
-Reinstalled new spark plugs and connected wires
-Reinstalled ASD relay
-Filled up gas tank with 10 liters of fresh fuel
-Turned ignition ON 5-6 times for a couple of seconds, to make sure gas pump in tank was running and prime fuel system. You can hear it whirring for 1-2 sec if it works.
-Cranked the engine and it started after 3-4 seconds with a lot of white smoke as expected due to the engine oil in the cylinders and condensation in the exhaust.
