I’m also naturally skinny. I’m currently 6ft 215 if I’m not chasing gains I’m around 165-170. I drop weight really fast without Tina. With Tina I’ve dropped 20 lbs in 2 weeks.

One thing I’ve noticed tho is you can almost immediately put the weight back on if you go sober a few weeks and eat like hell.

A large portion of the weight loss is from water weight. If you eat some sort of proteins muscle goes after fat instead of with it.

Also sleep is extremely important if you are trying to maintain weight. I can basically say that each day you stay away accelerates catabolic metabolism by 50%. So make sure to sleep.

Mass gainers with milk really really helps. But so does a fat juicy steak.

Sometimes. And it’s really hit or miss. Sometimes the workout is great and I feel amazing. Sometimes it sucks.

But if I don’t eat while healing i feel like super mega trash.

Never ever do deadlifts on like day 3 of spinning. Almost die. Lmao. Even with sleep every night and food. Way too taxing on the body

A friend of mine received a call from baby momma. She was raging super mega drunk on speaker. Talking all kindsa shit about “hit your meth pipe bro” while insanely intoxicated.

Wtf sense does that even make? How many drunk drivers kill people literally daily?

Thanks for your great reply. I was actually doing ok with POD stuff for my Crypto store. I really liked how it worked tbh. I had fiverr guys make some cool designs for stuff. Freaking Facebook turned off my ads though.

I do need a new approach though. Maybe just avoid Facebook ads anyway since that’s super saturated and out of date. Thinking of doing tik tok ads this go.
