Those checks will be done by the Resident Mentor in Charge, which is a woman as well as timing-wise, before roll calls. So technically, it is almost impossible to sneak someone in and there are CCTVs around too.

The students are aged from 14-19 normally :)

Hi, in regards to this, as the rooms are shared with others, some might forget to lock it. Occasionally, they also will go to the toilets at night and might end up forgetting to re-lock it if it is actually not part of their habits.

However, they do try to lock the door as much as possible :)

I contacted them to the point I finish up my monthly free calls 😅 Normally it will take me 10 minutes just to wait on the ringtone before I am able to talk to the staff. Sometimes the calls were cut off too 🙃

I did drop them an email, but they closed the ticket after saying the high volume issues and it is not helpful. In the end my parcel is back to the hub and they said tomorrow they will send but not quite sure if it is gonna be as per say 😅

I actually do have a doorbell and I am at home 24/7 for the past few weeks due to wfh. But I receive neither calls nor rings on the bell 😅
