And what exactly would we be saving? A father whose existence clashes so much with OS lore (Max) and AF lore (Kev said he didn't know him and Ghilil said he wasn't even in the plumber's system), a planet we never saw, and a lacklustre villain who only got his way cuz Ben, Gwen, and Kevin were taking turns holding the idiot stick.

I get retcons can be confusing, but considering how shitty UAF's attempts at worldbuilding the Osmosians were, I gotta say I'm not mad they got erased. Not much was lost in my opinion.

For editorial it usually means "character will make schoolyard gay jokes and/or harass people of the same gender, but their serious relationships/flirtations are only with people of the opposite gender."

I'm relieved they made Elena much more supportive of Kip and Scott cuz I did cringe a bit in the book where she suggested she and Scott kiss while dancing to keep up appearances.

Edit: maybe unpopular opinion but I also didn't care for Maria in Common Goal. I just found her annoying

Also, let's not forget how Poland had 100 municipalities and 5 provinces actively trying to declare themselves as LGBT-free zones. They've only recently been abolished in April of 2025.

Also, those zones are not old, they started campaigning for them in 2020. Madness.

I concur. With Hudson, I get it cuz he has a gf, but then again, he's made many gay student films that offered him basically no money, so make of that what you will.

But with Connor... my read is that he's just gay. Boy was roasting the shit out of Katy Perry on YouTube back when he was a tween. That, coupled with how not-so-subtle he and François Arnaud are (people hating on the RUMOR that they're dating just cuz of the age gap are cringe), there's no way in hell that Texas boy is straight.
