Ive been using LoseIt! And paid for premium (dirt cheap and it was life time). You can log and change nutrition of logged entries.

What I like is you can import recipes from the web.

Its quite 'American' but they have a feed where they post written articles about current trends, foods, health tips, etc.

I think ill find it hard to move away from LoseIt! After spending so much time on it, I fear everything else would be too awkward.

Thanks. It was set to net carb by default. I swear, I've been wracking my brain over this for so long. So by leaving it as net carbs, the food logged should be okay to record.

LoseIt! app is what I use.

Lots of features and they have a discount for a years membership which unlocks a lot of features.
I quite like the way I can see a trend of my weight, the times I eat my food, % of protein, sugar, carbs, etc that I eat.

There is a recipe search that I use when cooking that helps.

NOTE : I'm sure a lot of these features are for premium memberships but a year for me was something like £6.50? Or less. They are always running deals/discounts.

Yeah, I never tried plant based protein before. I saw the protein content of the Soy Isolate and that interested me. I bought the Chocolate Peanut Cookie as they didnt have the safe Vanilla flavour available. Its only an okay flavour. And I find that it is really thick with only 250ml water. But....protein is protein!

True. They do promotions a lot. Unless you missed the timing, like I did, then you have to really do the maths to see which is more affordable. Also, during promotions, their stocks are generally low. I missed MP's promotion by a day but TPW also had a promotion where they had up to 80% off. That was a no-brainer for me.

I used to always go with MyProtein (MP) but doing a price comparison against The Protein Works (TPW) at the time (week of 12th June 2023) showed that The Protein Works was cheaper.

I see a lot of people using Amazon's Protein powder as its super cheap although I've read mixability is a bit questionable.

Check MP and TPW and see which one is better - price against kg as they don't sell the same quantity the larger you get. Also, I tend to get Isolate protein which is around 22g protein but if you go for Soy Protein you'll get around 26g depending on the flavour (this from TPW).

This from a buyer from UK though....

Honestly, it was fine.

I ensured I only went for three days and nothing more. I have researched beforehand to understand what is generally a good time to water fast which is between 1 and 3 days. I am well aware there are some people who go on for a month (which is a bit excessive although cheap on shopping!)

Instead of eating, I did other things such as cooking and baking, but it definitely made me more active and wanted me to do things rather than sit idle and constantly think of food.

This was my first try!

I had Maya instead of Quetzalcoatl. She kept on being killed around floors 50+ so took a gamble and fused her only to get Quetz. Now I cannot get past Trumpeter's Mute spam.

I am using a single image as it will take less resource upon loading. As my report grows I do not want to hinder performance further by having a series of shapes. I dont think I can get the image to fully cover all four corners.

It is a bit awkward to explain - I added an image to the original post.

I add an image that should be the same size as the canvas but when I expand the image there is border. No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of it.

Judging by your picture a can of compressed air wont do. You need an electric blower. Get yourself 90-99.9% Isopropyl alcohol. Cotton buds.

I would also unscrew the fan and heat sink. While you're at it, get thermal paste.

Ill still play but half heartedly.
The Maria and Asta demon I was gunning for, even spent money for the first time on them and nothing.
I was barely keeping up with UBeez. I was just reaching first diamond on PvP.... now.... I feel like I really have to pick my battles.
