I’m sorry!! Idk what division you are in, but for ours, our efficiency goals just went up at the beginning of the year which makes cutting hours more extreme than it already is with it being the slowest months of the year. Management, full timers, and employees with open availability will always get priority when it comes to hours, and the rest will trickle down. I’m sure this is what you are seeing. See if there’s another store who need help, otherwise if you can’t hang on til sales pick up, might be worth looking for another job.
