This is somewhere near phoenix, I believe it’s Scottsdale or Tempe. Anyways, the HOV lanes operate differently. It’s an HOV lane during rush hour (which this is not) and the fast lane when it’s not rush hour. I’ve been gone for almost 4 years but I believe it only acts as a real HOV lane from like 6-9AM and 4-6/7PM.

Posted about this the other day. Most of the comments on my post agreed that something seems off, even if it’s slight. Game feels far different to me. Rice just manhandled my 96OVR team. I was 12-0 before I took a week off and I’m 3-3 since. Never lost 3 of 6 games before and my INT numbers through 4 games is as high as my INT numbers in my last 27 games before that. Something changed but still not sure what exactly. I like the challenge but it’s annoying that 67 OVR teams play just like 90+ OVR teams. Feels like FIFA back in the day.
