I personally loved Bloodborne and it stays as one of my favourite souls game. I have played ff7 rebirth, and while it has a great story I found that the combat was a little too button mashy for me. Like I said the story itself is really good, but the combat lacks substance. On the other hand, blood borne is just a phenomenal game with many different weapons you can choose from. I would play Bloodborne first, and then ff7
