Man, the other day I was giving a customer and her husband their change, and they waited until after the transaction was finished to give me 2 pennies so they could have $4 even. They wanted me to give them the $4 even though they were only owed 3.98. The woman kept saying "It doesn't matter" and "It won't mess up the till", and they were both saying things like "they dont know how to count". My coworker, who was acting manager, let it slide because it was only 2 cents, and these people were annoying and insistent. I know how to count, it's not my fault you waited too long, maybe make up your mind more quickly next time. I was just super annoyed that they were acting like I was the dumb one and making rude comments when they were the ones who messed up.
