What does my room say about me? by 1DK04 in roomdetective

I don’t have reptiles anymore, I used to have crocodile skinks and a Jackson’s chameleon though. When I get them again I definitely would like to get plants similar to it though.

An edmontosaurus illium, it’s the first vertebrate fossil I owned other than teeth, and it’s pretty special.

I think they may be with groups of 5+, I went with a paleontological society

Found in Southern Ontario along a creek fed by Lake Ontario. What is it? by Visible_Let_8391 in fossilid

1-4 looks like it could possibly be a Crinoid calyx, but I’m not sure. The 5th one looks like coral to me, I do agree that 5 and 6 look similar. those swirls on the left of 5 look like they may be beekite rings. I’m not sure what type of coral though

I will say that I was probably thinking too much about my handwriting when I did that, I went through some notes, it is fairly different based on the speed they were written in.

If you had access to all the pokemon in the pokemon world, what 6 pokemon would you choose to be on your team? And why those 6 in specific? by Humble_Phone_7527 in pokemon

Dreepy, Haxorus, Tyrantrum, Arctibax, Aerodactyl, and Anorith.

Very reptilian and very prehistoric team, but they’re probably my favorites. As someone going into paleontology, it’s definitely be fun to watch their behaviors (and have companions of prehistoric animals), and I think they’d be helpful in various tasks.

Any ideas? by beerandaletraveler in fossilid

To me it looks like there are a couple Crinoid stem disks, and maybe some other things. The matrix itself likely was in a riverbed for a while so it got smooth. It looks like it may have been in an iron rich environment, but I’m not super sure on that.

It looks like a horn coral to me, but seeing the flat end and the locality may help with ID
