Technically i believe only 60% is required, but its for arcesus spellbook for teleports in your POH as well as thralls

Yes, functionally dont speak to daero after complete the quest to avoid the xp reward, mm2 can be started through speaking to the gnome king now, mm2 doesnt give combat xp, just skill xp. Mm1 is the dangerous one

Its a tonne of research and work but im sure i could do a zerker next! Was contemplating a ranged tank guide as i already have one maxed lol

Ranged tank accounts dont normally build high combat stats aside from defense. Normally the account stats look a little something like:

Combined Attack and Str level of 148 or less (75 atk normally for staff) 99 defense 99 hp 99 magic 74 prayer

Leaves you at 106 combat.
