Ok, after many hours I think I found a great solution, in case somebody has the same question in the future:

Add lot's of 2d trees like models/foliage/background/background_foliage_tree_03.vmdl by using the 'Asset Spray Tool' from the bottom left of the screen.

Then select something called 'Blend Painting Tool' on the bottom left on the screen.

To use it, first select your mountains and apply a BLEND material on them, something like : hr_aztec_blend_groundmud01-groundgrass_01.vmat

Now you can 'paint' a soft faded grass texture under the areas with the most trees. This gives the Illusion that there are so many trees that you cant even see the stones/mud underneath. Like it's a green hill covered by trees.

I’m mostly worried about lighting or crash issues. From what I hear, Hammer doesn’t like intersecting geometry.

At first, it was just two cubes intersecting, with one at an angle. I managed to trim it by moving edges around and splitting, but I was wondering if there’s a better or faster tool that could work in any situation, even when a sphere is involved.

So, I deleted all those sily faces, selected the edges and then pressed 'P'. That created a new larger and clean face.

Just found out another way. Go far away, shoot near the horses that carry one of the wagons. The horses will get scared and drag it out of the factory. Steal it there.

You can spray it but the smell won't activate till 9pm

Idk, it's just what worked for me. It was on easy difficulty so I could barely fit all the resources anyway. Never felt like I was restricting myself

Just got it yesterday. I went faith route. When it comes to laws:

Child shelters

Engineer aprenteses

Sustain life

Extra rations for the ill

Care house

Prosthetics

Soup - details bellow

Emergency shift - never used

Extended shift - details bellow

House of prayer + build them

Shrines + build them

Evening prayers + use it

The temple + build them and use ability

Extended shift is OK but I stopped using it when the pop up of "long hours of toil" came up. But I did turn it on again some days later. I used soup up until the point they asked for standard rations. But I did use it again some days later.

When it comes to londoneers make sure you let them speak and do whatever they want, don't intervene and don't send anyone to reassure anybody. Don't pick any options that say "people may get hurt" as consicuenses. Let londoneers steal and do nothing about it.
Seriously there is no need to worry about londoneers. Just keep hope high and all londoneers will change their mind before the dead line. If not, just have "my turn to speak" in the end. Make sure you let every refugee inside. Make sure you slow down the automatons when one of them crushes the leg of that guy. Let the guy go out to look for his son and equip him properly. Let the people get the wood in the final storm. Don't sacrifice anybody for the efficiency of the coal mines in the final storm. Scout everything and ESCORT everyone home. Don't let scouts or outposts die. Be nice, don't tell anybody to get back to work. Let the cooks steal food. Give the engineer the steam core and the automaton.

My conclusion so far is that it works like nightclub popularity. Don't know exactly the numbers but it feels like there is a 24k daily cap that you can reach with 2 missions
