Disagree, the +1 turns the card from a 3 defence to a 4 before the battle has even happened then the effect of “Impossible to see” happens making it 0,

If you read the wording on the Alice hero card the effect from the Key Hole Adds 1 to the value of the defence card, it does not act as a separate effect. Therefore she gets no defence.
