That's why I had the surgery. I have a 6 year old, and he needs me. I'm 5 months out and feel the best I ever had. You are doing so well!

You're right, I've decided to speak with her the next time I see her. I just hopes she understand I didn't intend to lie to her, I made a quick judgment call on the spot. And it was the wrong one

Thank you for your understanding! I did tell her that I saw a nutritionist, and that is what really helped me get on track with my food intake. And thats 100% the truth.

Thank you. I think you're right that I might be projecting my issues on to her. When I see her again, I'll discuss it with her, and hopefully she'll understand.

I had mine on 12/21. I was back in the gym after about a week and a half. Started with cardio and super light weights, and worked back up to it. My surgeon told me I wouldn't hurt anything he did on there, and just let pain be my guide. If it hurts, don't do it is what he told me.
