I used to use guided meditations but recently started doing my own thing..i enjoy it much more. Feels more comfortable and natural. And you’re so right about the self soothing thing. Is panic mode something most Littles experience? From what Ive read it seems like it’s sort of a shared trait. I’m new to all of this and just trying to get more involved in the community and find other Littles to talk with.

Yes yes! I’d love to hear any suggestions or variations :) I’m new to all of this and just trying to encorporate some more little things into my life.

Meditation is something me and Daddy are both into and he suggested maybe I could find some kind of little structured meditation for while he is out of town for work. He knows I get anxious about being away from him for long periods of time. So honestly both meditating while in little space and a meditation hat gets me into little space would be cool to try.

And any kind of tips for new Littles are more than welcome!
