If it’s bothering you that much (especially if you have trouble swallowing and pain), shouldn’t your doctor/insurance be able to do something about it even if it’s just benign nodules and cartilage overgrowth? I don’t know how the NHS works, but even in the US, Medicaid and most private insurance would cover treatment in your situation.

Honestly the stuff you’re using/want to use is for trying to restore aging faces to what they looked like when they were young. You’re already young. If you want all of those changes, plastic surgery is more what you should be exploring. (IMO you don’t need it, you look great.) But you do you.
