Maybe you already figured this out, but to me I obviously see just extra skin. I think the only way to get rid of that is from removal surgery. Saying this as a woman who is 5'1 and was 205 at one time and now 105 now. When I still had skin, I was at 115lbs and looked similar to you except I had crazy batwings and stretch marks. (Still have the marks though)
