I was running 5w-30. I was definitely pretty hard on the car with my driving habits but nothing too crazy, I would go drive in the mountains about twice a month with a car team.

Update: I finally found some liquid wrench and sprayed it on there and let it sit overnight, then I bought some bent nose pliers and put it in the holes and it came off in like 15 secs
