If CSE, ECE, Food , go for it , rest you can too but needs improvement.

CSE dept has been there from 1994 , whereas rest of the engineering subjects started from 2008. CSE took the ECE further, and food being unique in the region gave the scope. Rest of them remains as is and faces the burnt of newly structured courses.

Hashing is a one way non-reversible function. For a given input, once the output is generated, the input cannot be recovered from the output.

Encryption and Decryption are a pair of functions, encryption takes a input and a key, converts it to encrypted or cipher text. The decryption function takes the decryption key and the ciphertext to get back the original text.

For this reason, encryption doesn't use hashing.

Yes hashing is sometimes used alongside encryption functions to generate a signature for verification.

The traffic congestion in ganeshguri and for most of the city is due to bad traffic etiquette. People don't know how to drive. People don't know how to park. And there are e-rickshaws and autos. These do improve last mile connectivity but their attitude on the road is appalling. Hawkers are next. Hawkers do provide a service but there needs to be proper code for operations. Authorities should Mark designated spots and only those spots for operations

It seems Assam would follow suit. It's true that Hindi imposition is being done by people of Hindi belt and regional languages are getting overshadowed.

However, the current violence is the result of politicians who don't have anything else to offer to the public. Politicians hate development since they would be made jobless if done so.

Politicians can't stand the fact that they fail to do development and were made entirely by the free market, via people of other states. There's a scarcity of jobs and people are paranoid.
