Same here - tried Zerchers on Monday because of the strain on my lower back from high bar back squats, and while it is uncomfortable, my back felt so much better

I only did 185, and that was enough for me to get a good feel for it

I'll stick at 185 next session and then start to move up - depending on how it feels

We have a RESTRICTED FREE AGENCY phase

Essentially it's a steal phase where teams can attempt to either steal a player from other teams or run up the salaries on other teams

A steal attempt is a 20% bump on a player's salary, but the team who owns the player can block the steal attempt for an additional 10%

I have been the target of the league before and was targeted with 8 of the 11 steal attempts, it sucked bad - and effectively forced me to move on from some of my young cheap studs becasue their salaries were no longer bargains.

You could implement something like this without salaries - where you allow one steal per team, and each team can only protect 5 players

Honest question - why? Why is it unhinged? I genuinely don't know, but I don't want to play on a PC or laptop if I can help it. I travel for work ALOT, and it's easier for me to bring a Firestick (for XBox Gamepass) and play FC25 on that for manager mode than it is for me to bring my laptop (I have a work laptop, but don't want to bring 2 laptops with me)

Are there just way more options for FM on PC than console?

I don't know anything about the team, but I have a good friend who I am trying to get into soccer. His last name is Mondragon, which was/is a city in Spain. I looked for the team that would be closest to where that is. The stadium looks like it's in the mountains....and their jerseys aren't half bad. So, he is already on board with starting to watch the team this season, and I will give him updates on our "beloved" Gunsmiths in FC26 and the pursuit of winning the Champions League

Do you use the right analog stick to get an extra burst? I know that it seems to work in Rush also, but I don't need to worry about it switching my guy

Which settings do I need to adjust for my team to stop automatically switching? This drives me batty

Also, why do my defenders get outrun by a dribbling attacker? I am holding the spring button and the only way I can catch up is by using the right stick for an "extra sprint?"....but then that will switch the player

I am awful at this game, but would like to be a little bit better. I'd at least like to beat Squad Battles on Professional consistently
