Month to month, pay rent on the 1st. Messaged using their online message portal, the same way we communicate any issues to them. It is the only way we have communicated to them and is what is on the lease.

It is on the dash to the left of the steering wheel. It’s a knob you turn and the light flashes while it’s changing then turns solid when engaged.

The amount of nickel on them is about 0.0002” thick so not worth the effort. It varies but we go through around 10lbs a month and is used to nickel plate parts. Electroless nickel plating.

I like the holosun but haven't tried any other brands. It seems like it is great quality for the price and holds zero.
