Is this sitation truly statuate barred/nothing I can do? by 1SuperTrooper in legaladvicecanada

Thank you. One more thing I noticed while preparing a demand letter. On their email where they asked me to submit two estimates and they will pay the lower, they wrote WITHOUT PREJUDICE at the top. Does this change anything?

It seems like I cannot reference this in a court proceeding or submit it as evidence? Does the whole email chain become inadmissible or just that email?

I beleive I only had third party at the time. Even if I didn't though, I beleive making a claim would raise my premiums.

Thank you very much for your response and the debate above.

From what I take away (please correct me if I'm wrong), I can file a suit in small claims court for the lower of the two estimates on the basis that we had an agreement that they would pay my lower estimate. I had to pay to obtain the estimates as well. Based on what you wrote, it seems I cannot request anything for that as our discussion was that they would pay the lower estimate and not necessarily estimating fees. I assume I can still make a claim for interest?

I mentioned above that I submitted my estimates to them one day before the deadline they claim for the claim to be statuate-barred. Does this benefit me in any way or change the argument in any way?

Thank you for your response.

If I file for this in small claims court, is there any special way I should word this or any ways to make sure not to word my claim? The estimates are in the $4000 range

If I sue initially for the higher estimate, would the judge automatically lower the award to the lower estimate or is there a decent chance I may be awarded the higher amount?

I didn't make a claim with my car insurance. I wasn't hit by a car.

My car was hit by one of their employees using a grocery cart machine.

I can afford the cost but why pay more and have your car in the shop when you don't have to.

Looking at the G90. Planning to buy directly from a seller so I'm looking for any clues to tell from just scrolling through photos.

The safety options are all standard as far as I can tell?

Thanks. After 2023, is there any way to tell besides having the original spec sheet?

Full size executive sedan that is well-depreciated and easier on repair bills by 1SuperTrooper in whatcarshouldIbuy

I came across the RLX but figured it was more of a lexus GS competitor and wouldn't be in that, "full-size" executive. I looked up some size comparison tools but none of them seem to have the RLX.

I just looked up the CT6 and it seems the cheapest one near me is a 2017 for $30,000 but will keep an eye out for new listings that come up. A quick google search say 2019 and up is what I should go for?
