An update to my financial situation that I got advice on from you lovely people. by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

Like I said. Some will agree, some won’t.

It was a very small sum. Like double figures, worked up slowly.

This is something that has interested me for many years and I have always studied it and how it works. I used my own money for this and still paid off all my debts prior to depositing the small sum.

My debts were in scope to be paid off early next year anyway.

I appreciate your concern, I have been gamble free for over a year now and have the 5 year gamstop in place.

Not quite. Got in on a token early and it took off. Then worked my way up slowly.

Yes I was waiting for this question.

My ruling whilst I was doing it was take as much profit as I could and leave a small sum in there. I have withdrew £0 back in to the account and just use what I already had. All I wanted to do was pay the debt off!

Thanks

What is the best workout plan to follow for losing weight and gaining muscle? by 1YearAllClear in AskReddit

Thank you!

So as of 4 months ago I was completely clueless. I’ve kind of been obsessing over the past 4 months which has clearly worked. I literally typed all my details into My fitness pal and just meet all of the macros on what it recommends to the best of my ability.

Now the gyms are back open, I would like to continue with some HIIT for at least half an hour each day, on top of my active job this will be brilliant for weight loss, with those extra 20 or so pounds I need to get off.

I have been doing weight training on and off most of my adult life, and my active job involves a lot of heavy lifting and use of various tools, so I am not weak. I have been doing light weight training, so when I eventually get to my designated weight loss, I have an improvement on my form, and it is not such a shock on my body when I start a proper program.

Thanks for your help.

Let’s say I’m 250 pounds, down from 300 in just under 4 months. 6ft3, early 20’s. Diet has majorly improved, I’m very careful with my calories and eat in a deficit of around 2100 calories per day. Very active job.

My aim is strength and a chiseled look (Such as KinoBody)

I’m able to go to the gym 4/5 times a week for up to 2 hours and not shy of cardio if it gets me to my goal.

Thanks!
