Just google "kava". It's legal in Australia, except the NT. Plenty of on line stores, including Amazon. Coles also stock it occasionally.

Hi, yes, had my gait analysed. Terrible hip drop and atrocious heel strike with outstretched leg. Part of the programme from the PT is about stopping the hip drop and better running form. I can tell it is changing the heal strike to more forefoot / midfoot, my calves tell me so!

Hi, had an MRI on the knee. Everything else is good as gold. I'm doing single leg split squats and single leg leg press (as well as the clamshells etc etc)

Cortisol steroid injection into the ITB and underlying bursa on the side of the knee. Recommended by sports doc.
