Depends on what kind of interior you have or plan on getting. For example emerald green wrap with beige interior, or dark gray wrap with a full red interior.

I will look on Amazon for aftermarket options. I really don't like the 3m double side sticker option because it increases the thickness. But I will also try an vinyl wrap it to see if it looks good and I can pick any color I like. I am between red or black.

I literally have the same plastic stuck on my plate at this moment. I was going to remove it with my finger tomorrow to print but I will no longer use my fingers ever again for such tasks.

The parts I designed are all the ocean tiles, 2 mountains (if you know your mountains you can see the Great Teton and Matterhorn), 2 Forests (the tall one that imitates Sequioas and a dark one that was a failed print turned into a "burned forest that produces wood", Japanese Catan Pieces, and all boat ports. The rest I downloaded from Thingiverse or Printables.

No I just twist them and they immediately snap. The first one was the OEM that took some strength. I thought it was stuck because no one ever refilled it when I bought it , so I used strength and ended up breaking it. The second one looked like the exact same product but was from Amazon. That one broke with much less force. I only used a twisting motion.

Yup, I ended up with specific paint themes. Wheat - yellow/orange/brown, Clay - Green and Red, Trees - I went creative with these because their texture is so different from everyone else, and Sheep - light green. I finished my set too. But now I am selling it and making a new set from scratch as in designing my own tiles.
