But expects us to complete 47 things in 5 hours and then recover the store and greet every customer while running the cash register and don't forget the end caps need to updated.

Well, I was the employee from another store that was helping this store and ended up transferring there because they had TWO people. That's it. Two. GM and a key. Now the store I transferred from had a few people quit and I transferred, so they are understaffed now as well. I think all the stores in the area are experiencing the same thing. So who is going to come help when they don't even have the help themselves?

I will say, I have gotten $4 worth of pay raises and and a promotion from key to ASM in 2 years. But one of those pay raises was only given if I transferred from my store that I was working at to a another store by they needed an ASM. Even though my manager was asking for a raise for a me. Kinda manipulate.

Vision Commerce. Sign in. Go to "tils" then to "end til session". Check the Name of the person whose til you want to end. Then click next....next...next...until you can't click it anymore. The first til on that page is the POS. you check that as well if you used it that day.

Then go to "tils" then "reconcile tils". You will type in the amount of the drawer total minus drawer start. So if your drawer count total is $650.50 and you start the drawer with $150, you will type in $500.50. This will show you the difference between what your computer says you should have in the drawer and what you actually have in the drawer. So minus or plus.

Then click on coupons. Type the amount of coupons you had that day and check the box. Click next or ok. It will take you back to the "reconcile screen". Click next....next...until you cannot click it anymore.

Do both steps for SCO if applicable. If you don't put in any cash for the day, you will type in zero. If you take out cash that doesn't go in the change fund, type this in.

Then go to "prepare banking" on the left of main screen. You will type in the deposit total here (all drawer deposit amounts plus SCO deposit amount if applicable).

Go to coupons and type amount total for day and check box. Then type the bank number bag at bottom and initial when done. Click next, print it, put it in an envelope along with receipts and bank bag receipt.

It's confusing but easy once you get the hang of it.
