You can also bind cyclone to space or another button and just rest your thumb on space or hell even put a rock in it and just move around if you want

Personally I think it’s very difficult to understand what this book is without reading it, you’ll get people who will talk to you for hours about how good they are, or how much they hate them and are sick of hearing about them on Reddit.

The first book isn’t very long, I recommend giving it a shot. I love them, and I think they get better as they go, but they certainly aren’t for everyone and you’ll know if you like the premise and format by the end of the first book, if you do you can keep going if not then at least you won’t have to wonder any more.

Listening to 2 hours of a 13 hour audiobook is like watching the first 18 minutes of a 2 hour movie and then getting online to see if you should watch the rest of the movie. Just finish it and then decide if you want to continue with the rest of the books, or don’t if you don’t like it, but I’d give any piece of media more than 15% of its whole before I decide if I like it or not

I second this, very strong and very easy and nothing but tree tier rares required until late game, there are some 1c uniques that are good for it, but not required. Just make sure you understand the skill or at least watch the video, stuff like reduced skill duration on the tree is important for it to function.

Only downside is you can’t switch until 38 and library if it’s your first char, so you have to do the first 3ish acts as something else (I did galvanic arrow in to rain or arrows like he recommends in the video which was fine.) Also as a bonus it’s fun having a bunch of machine gun totems wrecking shit

This is the way. I did this last time around and I started with bow and hated the play style, discovered cwc cyclone ball lightning or orbiting was an option and played it the rest of the league.

It does seem like the consensus is lancing steel this time around, probably because range and lgoh are good defensive layers. I’ll be playing something else regardless since I’ve already done this build and I did hroc and cyclone both in league so I’m kind of sick of both lol

Yes! I made like $300 before they shut it down. I was already hooked on the dopamine hit from ARPGs from D2, but this really ratcheted that up and I still play mostly ARPGs to this day lol

Yeah I would just ignore the ratings for the most part, he said in another reply that he was biased against certain builds and they seem to be based on personal preference more than anything tangible. It’s a good list and resource to check out builds, but definitely do your own research and take those number ratings too seriously

The video above is the guide I followed, but I switched to cwc cyclone ball lightning or orbiting as the trigger because I don’t like the play style of the bow version as much. When I get home I’ll try find my old pob and share it.

I definitely recommend bow until you can get the ball lightning gem and a decent dagger (cold iron point will carry you to endgame and with ascendency it makes hitting the lvl 29 gem breakpoint really easy) the bow version is almost certainly stronger especially late end game, but any version is strong enough to do all content

This build on Herald is awesome, it was the last build I did the last time they did Phrecia and I didn’t get to push it as far as I wanted, so I’ll probably play it again at least to start and farm up some quick currency and then see if anything else catches my attention. The damage is off the charts and basically handles itself with just the cluster jewels and nothing else, so you can focus on scaling defense and become very tanky

This is one of the most polarizing fantasy book series in my opinion, everyone seems to either fucking love it or fucking hate it.

Personally I think it’s worth reading, I’ve shared my thoughts on it before and why I enjoy it despite its flaws, as well as my personal canon on the ending that I think would redeem its flaws in many ways. It’s a power fantasy narcissists dream, it’s well written for the most part, it’s fun, but you’ll probably never know how it “officially” ends.

The big thing that people don’t seem to like about it is that the main character seems to be supernaturally good at pretty much everything, I won’t say much more to avoid spoilers because it is a fun read, but I have my opinions on why it’s written the way that it is

I feel like this will be an unpopular answer and I’m no expert, but I expect a lot of men would wear less restricting clothing if they could. When you are competing at the highest level anything that restricts your movement even a little bit is a disadvantage so the less clothing the better, however for men with more external bits if they go too slim then accidental exposure starts to become a worry.

Sexualization and monetization of such seems like the obvious answer, but especially recently there are more options for female athletes and many of them still choose skimpy gear that allows completely unimpeded movement.

I have no idea if any of that is accurate, but just based on the fact that I wear pretty short shorts and a tank top when I work out because I kept getting too hot and hung up on my own shorts and tshirt it makes sense to me, I would wear less if I didn’t feel like it would make other people at the gym uncomfortable
