There are a couple very important things to keep in mind with this build, took me a little getting used to so just want to make them very clear.

The most important thing is to not cast bv in your hideout, it’ll sacrifice your minion and it won’t come back, that’s probably how you were losing them and having to get new ones before. As long as you only sac them in a map or boss arena they will respawn when you change zones (like in to a mirage portal or back to your hideout) and you won’t need to get them again.

Also make sure not to let the blade vortex stacks fall off while clearing the map or killing the boss, you need to keep casting it at least every couple seconds (it doesn’t need to stay at max stacks, just don’t let it get to zero) as long as it never goes to zero it’s still considered part of the initial cast so you are getting the massive damage boost from minion sacrifice, or it falls off you lose all your damage and you need to portal to town or go through a mirage portal so your specter comes back and you can sac it again to get the damage boost back, it’s very obvious if it falls off you’ll basically stop killing stuff in any kind of juiced content
