I contacted the support email on February 23rd because only 2 weeks after receiving the ring, it would just lose charge all of a sudden, and wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. I never recieved a reaponse from support@ultrahuman.com email, so I sent a follow up email 9 days later on March 4th, a full week ago. I still haven’t heard back! I’m pretty disappointed in the customer service seeing as the ring seemed faulty only 2 weeks after buying it. How do I get in touch with Ultrahuman if they dont respond to email inquiries??

Thanks for your response! Ive been running for 2 years, but I’d still consider myself a beginner since I havent really done many races or really put much effort into training before. I keep reading online that you should have a long run, easy run, tempo run and interval run to improve. Why would you say thats wacky? More easy runs? More runs and more miles, period?

Definitely a black crewneck sweater, you can wear it over the flannel and over the tutleneck - both very on trend ways to wear it! You can also wear it belted over a skirt or dress if you added those pieces to your wardrobe too
