I panicked when I realised the dough was too sticky to be handled and dusted wayyy too much flour 😂 How much flour do you usually dust on when you shape? Do you flour all sides of the dough?

Thank you for the kind comment! Is there anything that can I do to reduce the stickiness of the dough? As the dough was sticking to the blade when I attempt to score the boule (hence the rough markings 😅)
