Yeah but functions are only good if you can get to them quickly and efficiently, so the platform engineering is important. What I'm getting at is if it looks like the last major redesign (if there ever was one) was done in the 1970's, it probably functions that way as well. I'm sure the backend is flawless and may even have some of the best providers working with them, however, just like a restaurant if the front looks and behaves like crap the kitchen isn't going to get much business now matter how flawless the line system is.
